SPAIN, Apr. 30, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 34: After losing 0-2 to Barcelona on April 25, Los Periquitos bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Granada this Thursday.
Espanyol dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Garcia in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Periquitos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Montañés with just 6 minutes remaining in regulation time.
RCD Espanyol remains in 10th place with 45 points from 34 games, tie on points with Celta Vigo.
