La Liga (Week 34) : Elche beats Deportivo 4-0
SPAIN, Apr. 29, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 34: After losing 3-0 to Atletico Madrid on April 25, Los Franjiverdes returned to winning ways with a 4-0 victory over Deportivo La Coruna this Wednesday.
Elche dominated the first half thanks to goals from Jonathas ('6) and Lomban ('20 on penalty). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Franjiverdes further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Pasalic '54 and Rodriguez '90).
Elche CF climbed to 13rd place with 37 points from 34 games, 3 points behind Real Sociedad.
