La Liga (Week 35) : Real Sociedad defeats Levante 3-0
SPAIN, May. 1, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 35: After their 0-0 draw against Villarreal on April 28 and 1-1 draw against Athletic Bilbao on April 28, La Real returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Levante this Friday.
Real Sociedad dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Icelandic forward Alfreð Finnbogason in the 13th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, La Real further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Bergara '52 and Vela '86).
Real Sociedad climbed to 11st place with 43 points from 35 games, 2 points behind RCD Espanyol, which has a game in hand.
