SPAIN, Nov. 6, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 11: After losing 3-1 to Real Madrid on October 31, Los Amarillos bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Real Sociedad this Friday.
Las Palmas dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Viera Jonathan in the 28th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Amarillos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Araujo Sergio in the 51st minute.
Real Sociedad remains in 16th place with 9 points from 11 games, one point behind Rayo Vallecano de Madrid, which has a game in hand.
