La Liga (Week 12) : Valencia and Las Palmas play to a 1-1 draw
SPAIN, Nov. 21, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 12: The match between Valencia and Las Palmas ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Valencia players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Valencia forward Paco Alcácer in the 8th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Las Palmas with a saving goal from Viera Jonathan in the 57th minute.
Valencia CF climbed to 6th place with 19 points from 12 games, only one point behind Villarreal CF, which has a game in hand.
