La Liga (Week 13) : Deportivo defeats Las Palmas 2-0
SPAIN, Nov. 28, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 13: Two wins in a row for Deportivo La Coruna. After their 2-0 win against Celta Vigo on November 21, the Brancoazuis continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 2-0 victory over Las Palmas this Saturday.
Deportivo La Coruna dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Cani in the 19th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Brancoazuis further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Perez Lucas in stoppage time.
Deportivo La Coruna climbed to fourth place with 21 points from 13 games, 3 points behind Real Madrid, which has a game in hand.
