La Liga (Week 34) : Getafe beats Real Sociedad 2-1
SPAIN, Apr. 21, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 34: After three straigth defeats, Los Azulones bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Real Sociedad this Thursday.
Real Sociedad forward Carlos Vela opened the score in the 19th minute, before seeing Getafe catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Pablo Sarabia. 1-1 at half time. Los Azulones eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Vázquez on penalty in the 56th minute.
Real Sociedad are down in 10th place with 41 points from 34 games, one point behind Malaga CF.
