SPAIN, Jan. 7, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 17: Three wins in a row for Sevilla. After their success against Celta Vigo and Malaga, Los Sevillistas continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 4-0 victory over Real Sociedad this Saturday.
Wissam Ben Yedder scored tripple goals
Sevilla dominated the first half thanks to goals from Ben-Yedder ('26, '29). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Sevillistas further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Sarabia '73 and Ben-Yedder '83).
Sevilla FC climbed to second place with 36 points from 17 games, 4 points behind Real Madrid, which has a game in hand.
