La Liga : Atletico Madrid finish third after beating Athletic Bilbao
SPAIN, May. 21, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 38: After their 1-1 draw against Real Betis on May 14, Los Colchoneros bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Athletic Bilbao this Sunday.
Fernando Torres scored dual goals
Atletico Madrid dominated the first half thanks to goals from Torres ('8, '11). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Colchoneros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Correa Angel with one minute left in regular time.
