SPAIN, Oct. 16, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 8: After their 3-3 draw against Girona on September 29, Celta returned to winning ways with a 5-2 victory over Las Palmas this Monday.
Iago Aspas scored tripple goals
Celta Vigo dominated the first half thanks to goals from Mor Emre ('16) and Aspas ('20). Leading 2-0 at the break, Celta further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Aspas '49, '76 and Hernandez Pablo '71).
Celta Vigo climbed to 10th place with 11 points from 8 games, 2 points behind Real Betis.
