SPAIN, Nov. 25, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 13: After their 0-0 draw against Real Madrid on November 18, Los Colchoneros returned to winning ways with a 5-0 victory over Levante this Saturday.
Kevin Gameiro and Antoine Griezmann scored dual goals
Atletico Madrid dominated the first half thanks to goals from Rober Pier ('5 own) and Gameiro ('29). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Colchoneros further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Gameiro '59 and Griezmann '65, '68).
Atletico Madrid climbed to third place with 27 points from 13 games, 3 points behind Valencia CF, which has a game in hand.
