ENGLAND, Sep. 20, 2014 (AMP) — League One / Match day 9: After their 3-3 draw against Chesterfield on September 16, the Lilywhites returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Crawley Town this Saturday.
Preston dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Wright in the 23rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Lilywhites further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Garner on penalty in the 65th minute.
Preston North End FC climbed to 8th place with 13 points from 8 games, tie on points with Rochdale AFC.
