ENGLAND, Dec. 20, 2014 (AMP) — League One / Match day 21: After losing 0-1 to Bradford City on December 13, the Spireites bounced back with a 3-2 victory over Gillingham this Saturday.
Chesterfield dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Clucas in the 22nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Spireites further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Legge '54/own and Ryan '69).
Chesterfield FC climbed to 11st place with 28 points from 21 games, 2 points behind Oldham Athletic AFC.
