ENGLAND, Sep. 12, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 7: After losing 1-0 to Bradford City on August 29, the Valiants bounced back with a 3-2 victory over Wigan Athletic this Saturday.

Port Vale dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Grant Anthony in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Valiants further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Dodds Louis '64 and Ikpeazu Uche '90).

Wigan Athletic FC are down in 10th place with 10 points from 7 games, tie on points with Bury FC.
