League One (Week 17) : Walsall beats Shrewsbury 3-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 1, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 17: Two wins in a row for Walsall. After their 2-1 win against Bradford City on November 28, the Saddlers continued their sensational form in the League One with a 3-1 victory over Shrewsbury Town this Tuesday.
Cole Larnell opened the score in the 41st minute, before seeing Walsall catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Lalkovic Milan. 1-1 at half time. The Saddlers eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Downing Paul ('80) and Cook Jordan ('90).
Walsall FC are down in third place with 39 points from 20 games, tie on points with Coventry City FC.
