League One (Week 16) : Millwall defeats Oxford 2-1
ENGLAND, Oct. 29, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 16: Two wins in a row for Millwall. After their 2-1 win against Fleetwood Town on October 22, the Lions continued their sensational form in the League One with a 2-1 victory over Oxford United this Saturday.
Sercombe Liam opened the score in the 31st minute, before seeing Millwall catch up in the 36th minute thanks to Morison Steve. 1-1 at half time. The Lions eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by O Brien Aiden in the 50th minute.
Millwall FC climbed to 10th place with 21 points from 15 games, tie on points with Rochdale AFC.
