ENGLAND, Jan. 2, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 25: The match between AFC Wimbledon and Millwall ended in a 2-2 draw on Monday.
Millwall players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by O Brien Aiden ('5) and Morison Steve ('40) while AFC Wimbledon only scored once Taylor Lyle ('12). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by AFC Wimbledon with a saving goal from Elliott Tom in the 51st minute.
Millwall FC climbed to 7th place with 38 points from 25 games, tie on points with Southend United FC, which has a game in hand.
