ENGLAND, Oct. 7, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 12: After losing 1-2 to Shrewsbury Town on September 30 and 2-0 to Bradford City on September 30, Rovers returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Southend United this Saturday.
Whiteman Ben scored tripple goals
Wordsworth Anthony opened the score in the 38th minute, before seeing Doncaster Rovers catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Marquis John. 1-1 at half time. Rovers eventually won the game in the second period with three more goals by Whiteman Ben ('47, '50, '57 on penalty).
Southend United FC are down in 14th place with 16 points from 12 games, one point behind Milton Keynes Dons FC.
