ENGLAND, Oct. 17, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 14: The match between Southend United and Peterborough United ended in a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.
Southend United players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Fortune Marc-antoine in the 10th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Peterborough United with a saving goal from Marriott Jack in the 55th minute.
Peterborough United FC are down in 8th place with 21 points from 13 games, one point behind Blackpool FC.
