ENGLAND, Nov. 29, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 19: After losing 2-1 to Accrington Stanley on November 22, The U's returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over AFC Wimbledon this Saturday.
Tubbs opened the score in the 2nd minute, before seeing Cambridge United catch up in the 12th minute thanks to Appiah. 1-1 at half time. The U's eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Hughes in the 58th minute.
Cambridge United FC climbed to 10th place with 27 points from 19 games, 3 points behind Exeter City FC.
