ENGLAND, Nov. 29, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 19: Four wins in a row for Southend United. After their success against Mansfield Town, Hartlepool United and Tranmere Rovers, the Shrimpers continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 2-0 victory over Northampton Town this Saturday.
Northampton Town made Southend United doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Corr ('69 on penalty) and Worrall ('79).
Southend United FC remains in fifth place with 34 points from 19 games, one point behind Burton Albion FC.
