League Two (Week 26) : Exeter defeats Mansfield 3-2
ENGLAND, Jan. 17, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 26: After three straigth defeats, the Grecians bounced back with a 3-2 victory over Mansfield Town this Saturday.
Nichols scored dual goals
Exeter City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Nichols in the 37th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Grecians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Bennett '77 and Nichols '83/penalty).
Exeter City FC climbed to 8th place with 40 points from 27 games, only one point behind Stevenage FC, which has a game in hand.
