ENGLAND, Jan. 17, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 26: After four straigth victories against Plymouth Argyle, Cheltenham Town, Carlisle United and Portsmouth, the Exiles lost 4-0 against Cambridge United.
Mcgeehan scored dual goals
Cambridge United dominated the first half thanks to goals from Mcgeehan ('12) and Kaikai ('43). Leading 2-0 at the break, The U's further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Mcgeehan '64 and Hughes '79).
Newport County AFC are down in fifth place with 46 points from 26 games, tie on points with Luton Town FC, which has a game in hand.
