League Two (Week 21) : Accrington and Wycombe Wanderers play out 1-1 draw
ENGLAND, Mar. 16, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 21: Accrington Stanley was held to a 1-1 draw by Wycombe Wanderers on Wednesday.
Accrington Stanley players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Mccartan Shay in the 45th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Wycombe Wanderers with a saving goal from Thompson Garry in the 62nd minute.
Accrington Stanley FC are down in fifth place with 61 points from 36 games, one point behind Bristol Rovers FC.
