League Two (Week 21) : Bristol Rovers beats York 2-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 12, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 21: Two wins in a row for Bristol Rovers. After their 3-0 win against Wycombe Wanderers on December 1, the Pirates continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 2-1 victory over York City this Saturday.
York City had started off well by taking the lead in the 41st minute with a goal by Oliver Vadaine. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Pirates nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Easter Jermaine '71 and Taylor Matty '90).
Bristol Rovers FC climbed to 8th place with 33 points from 21 games, tie on points with Mansfield Town FC.
