League Two (Week 22) : York beats Morecambe 2-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 19, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 22: After 7 straigth defeats, the Minstermen returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Morecambe this Saturday.
York City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Winfield Dave in the 38th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Minstermen further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Berrett James in the 52nd minute.
Morecambe FC are down in 17th place with 27 points from 21 games, one point behind Crawley Town FC.
