League Two (Week 21) : Stevenage defeats AFC Wimbledon 2-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 12, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 21: Three wins in a row for Stevenage. After their success against Bristol Rovers and Morecambe, Boro' continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 2-1 victory over AFC Wimbledon this Saturday.
AFC Wimbledon had started off well by taking the lead in the 43rd minute with a goal by Francomb George. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Boro' nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Matt Jamille '57 and Okimo Jerome '76).
AFC Wimbledon are down in 13rd place with 28 points from 21 games, one point behind Cambridge United FC.
