League Two (Week 23) : Carlisle defeats Notts 3-2
ENGLAND, Dec. 31, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 23: After their 1-1 draw against Crewe Alexandra on December 26, the Cumbrians returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Notts County this Saturday.
Two goals for both sides during the first half, Wyke Charlie (10e) and Ibehre Jabo (45e) for Notts County, Stead Jon (30e) and Forte Jonathan (39e) for Carlisle United. After the break, the Cumbrians settled the issue with another goal courtesy of player Kennedy Jason in the 65th minute.
Carlisle United FC climbed to second place with 46 points from 23 games, 2 points behind Plymouth Argyle FC.
