WALES, Dec. 31, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 23: After their 0-0 draw against Yeovil Town on December 26, the Grecians returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Newport County this Saturday.
Watkins Ollie scored tripple goals
Exeter City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Watkins Ollie in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Grecians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Watkins Ollie '47, '90 and Wheeler David '53).
Exeter City FC climbed to 11st place with 30 points from 23 games, 3 points behind Barnet FC.
