League Two (Week 40) : Exeter defeats Mansfield 2-1
ENGLAND, Apr. 1, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 40: After their 1-1 draw against Luton Town on March 25 and 3-3 draw against Yeovil Town on March 25, the Grecians returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Mansfield Town this Saturday.
Mansfield Town had started off well by taking the lead in the 38th minute with a goal by Benning Malvind. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Grecians nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Harley Ryan '84 and Reid Reuben '90 on penalty).
Exeter City FC climbed to 6th place with 62 points from 40 games, only one point behind Luton Town FC.
