ENGLAND, Apr. 1, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 40: After losing 2-0 to Mansfield Town on March 25 and 0-2 to Crewe Alexandra on March 25, the Cumbrians returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Yeovil Town this Saturday.
Carlisle United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by O Sullivan John in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Cumbrians further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Lambe Reggie in the 55th minute.
Carlisle United FC climbed to 7th place with 62 points from 40 games, tie on points with Exeter City FC.
