ENGLAND, Apr. 8, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 41: Three wins in a row for Portsmouth. After their success against Newport County and Hartlepool United, Pompey continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 3-1 victory over Yeovil Town this Saturday.
Portsmouth dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Evans Gareth in the 15th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Pompey further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Naismith Kal '68 and Lowe Jamal '78).
Portsmouth FC remains in third place with 74 points from 41 games, 4 points behind Plymouth Argyle FC.
