ENGLAND, Apr. 29, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 45: Two wins in a row for Barnet. After their 0-2 win against Hartlepool United on April 22, the Bees continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 3-1 victory over Grimsby Town this Saturday.
Barnet dominated the first half thanks to goals from Akinde John ('21) and Tutonda David ('40). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Bees further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Weston Curtis in the 53rd minute.
Grimsby Town FC remains in 14th place with 61 points from 45 games, one point behind Accrington Stanley FC.
