WALES, Oct. 7, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 12: After losing 3-1 to Luton Town on September 30, the Exiles bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Yeovil Town this Saturday.
Newport County dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Amond Padraig in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Exiles further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Labadie Joss in the 55th minute.
Newport County AFC climbed to 8th place with 21 points from 12 games, tie on points with Stevenage FC.
