FRANCE, Sep. 20, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 6: After losing 1-0 to Nice on September 13, Metz returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Bastia this Saturday.
Metz midfielder Sergei Krivets opened the score in the 14th minute, before seeing Bastia catch up in the 42nd minute thanks to Floyd Ayité. 1-1 at half time. Metz eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Milán ('64) and Falcón ('74).
Metz climbed to 9th place with 8 points from 6 games, tie on points with Rennes.
