FRANCE, Sep. 21, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 6: Two wins in a row for Saint-Etienne. After their 1-0 win against Caen on September 13, Saint-Etienne continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 1-0 victory over Lens this Sunday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Saint-Etienne midfielder Fabien Lemoine with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.
