Ligue 1 (Week 12) : PSG defeats Lorient 2-1
FRANCE, Nov. 1, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 12: Three wins in a row for PSG. After their success against Lens and Bordeaux, PSG continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 2-1 victory over Lorient this Saturday.
Lorient had started off well by taking the lead in the 42nd minute with a goal by defender Raphaël Guerreiro. Trailing 1-0 at half time, PSG players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Cavani '60 and Bahebeck '68).
Paris Saint-Germain remains in second place with 24 points from 12 games, one point behind Olympique de Marseille, which has a game in hand.
