Ligue 1 (Week 20) : Lyon defeats Toulouse 3-0
FRANCE, Jan. 11, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 20: Five wins in a row for Lyon. After their success against Reims, Evian, Caen and Bordeaux, “Les Gones” continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 3-0 victory over Toulouse this Sunday.
Alexandre Lacazette scored dual goals
Lyon dominated the first half thanks to goals from Lacazette ('14, '27). Leading 2-0 at the break, “Les Gones” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Fekir in the 48th minute.
Olympique Lyonnais climbed to first place with 42 points from 20 games, one point ahead of runner-up Olympique de Marseille.
