FRANCE, Apr. 4, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 31: After their 0-0 draw against Nantes on March 21, Rennes bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Lorient this Saturday.
Rennes dominated the first half thanks to goals from Mexer ('17) and Armand ('43). Leading 2-0 at the break, Rennes players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Doucouré in the 51st minute.
Rennes climbed to 9th place with 42 points from 31 games, 2 points behind Lille.
