FRANCE, Apr. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 32: Two wins in a row for Rennes. After their 0-3 win against Lorient on April 4, Rennes continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 1-0 victory over Guingamp this Sunday.
Guingamp made Rennes doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Swedish forward Ola Toivonen with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Rennes remains in 9th place with 45 points from 32 games, 2 points behind Lille.
