Ligue 1 (Week 34) : Rennes beats Nice 2-1
FRANCE, Apr. 25, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 34: After their 1-1 draw against Monaco on April 18, Rennes returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Nice this Saturday.
Nice had started off well by taking the lead in the 22nd minute with a goal by forward Éric Bauthéac. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Rennes players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Prcić '47 and Konradsen '90).
Rennes remains in 9th place with 49 points from 34 games, one point behind Lille.
