Ligue 1 (Week 36) : Bordeaux beats Nantes 2-1
FRANCE, May. 9, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 36: After their 1-1 draw against Metz on May 2 and 0-0 draw against Lorient on May 2, Bordeaux bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Nantes this Saturday.
Diego Rolán scored dual goals
Nantes midfielder Jordan Veretout opened the score in the 15th minute on penalty, before seeing Bordeaux catch up in the 20th minute thanks to Diego Rolán penalty kick. 1-1 at half time. Bordeaux eventually won the game in the second period with with another goal by Rolán in the 69th minute.
Bordeaux remains in 6th place with 59 points from 36 games, one point behind Saint-Etienne, which has a game in hand.
