FRANCE, Sep. 23, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 7: After their 0-0 draw against Lille on September 20 and 1-1 draw against Marseille on September 20, “Les Gones” bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Bastia this Wednesday.
Lyon dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Kalulu Aldo in the 18th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, “Les Gones” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Tolisso with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Olympique Lyonnais climbed to fourth place with 12 points from 7 games, 2 points behind Rennes.
