Ligue 1 (Week 8) : PSG defeats Nantes 4-1
FRANCE, Sep. 26, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 8: Two wins in a row for PSG. After their 3-0 win against Guingamp on September 22, PSG continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 4-1 victory over Nantes this Saturday.
Nantes had started off well by taking the lead in the 11th minute with a goal by forward Yacine Bammou. Trailing 1-0 at half time, PSG players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring four times in the second period (Ibrahimovic '48, Cavani '73, Di Maria Angel '80 and Aurier '90).
Paris Saint-Germain remains in first place with 20 points from 8 games, a 4-point lead over runner-up Saint-Etienne, which has a game in hand.
