FRANCE, Oct. 25, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 11: After their 1-1 draw against Lorient on October 18, Marseille returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Lille this Sunday.
Marseille dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Belgian forward Michy Batshuayi in the 37th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Marseille players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Alessandrini in the 56th minute.
Olympique de Marseille climbed to 14th place with 12 points from 11 games, 2 points behind Bordeaux.
