Ligue 1 (Week 11) : Lorient and Rennes play out 1-1 draw
FRANCE, Oct. 24, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 11: The match between Lorient and Rennes ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Lorient players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Lorient defender Raphaël Guerreiro in the 25th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Rennes with a saving goal from Polish midfielder Kamil Grosicki in the 68th minute.
Rennes remains in 7th place with 17 points from 11 games, tie on points with OGC Nice, which has two games in hand.
