Ligue 1 (Week 18) : Angers and Bordeaux play out 1-1 draw
FRANCE, Dec. 13, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 18: Angers was held to a 1-1 draw by Bordeaux on Sunday.
Bordeaux players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Uruguayan forward Diego Rolán in the 40th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Angers with a saving goal from Angers defender Romain Thomas in the 83rd minute.
Angers SCO remains in second place with 31 points from 18 games, 14 points behind Paris Saint-Germain, which has a game in hand.
