Ligue 1 (Week 26) : Nice and Marseille play out 1-1 draw
FRANCE, Feb. 14, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 26: Nice was held to a 1-1 draw by Marseille on Sunday.
Marseille players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Chilian midfielder Isla Mauricio in the 36th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Nice with a saving goal from Nice forward Valère Germain in the 58th minute.
OGC Nice remains in third place with 40 points from 26 games, 6 points behind AS Monaco.
