Ligue 1 (Week 15) : Dijon and Monaco play to a 1-1 draw
FRANCE, Nov. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 15: Monaco was held to a 1-1 draw by Dijon on Tuesday.
The Monacos started off well by taking the lead thanks to Carrillo Guido in the 17th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Dijon with a saving goal from Dijon midfielder Frédéric Sammaritano in the 87th minute.
AS Monaco climbed to first place with 33 points from 15 games, tie on points with runner-up OGC Nice, which has a game in hand.
