Ligue 1 (Week 5) : Caen beats Dijon 2-1
FRANCE, Sep. 9, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 5: Three wins in a row for Caen. After their success against Lille and Metz, Caen continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 2-1 victory over Dijon this Saturday.
Santini Ivan opened the score in the 5th minute on penalty, before seeing Dijon catch up in the 38th minute thanks to Jordan Marié. 1-1 at half time. Caen eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Yamberé into his own net with just 9 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Caen climbed to fourth place with 9 points from 5 games, tie on points with Bordeaux.
